These Terms explain the agreement between you and VoiceStockAI when you use our online audio, video and text-to-speech tools.

1. About VoiceStockAI
VoiceStockAI is an online service operated by Usama, an individual service provider based in Pakistan. We provide tools for audio cleaning, video audio processing, transcription and text-to-speech.

3. Your content
You must own, or have all permissions, rights and consents needed to upload, process, generate or download content through the service. Do not use VoiceStockAI for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive or privacy-violating material.
4. Service delivery
We process uploads only to provide the requested service. Processed files are available in a private gallery for a limited period and are then automatically deleted according to our service settings. Results can vary with source quality, language and background noise.
5. Paid access and payments
A successful paid checkout gives access to the selected plan for 30 days. Paid access does not renew automatically; you will not be charged again unless you make another purchase. Prices, included limits and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout.
6. Refunds and complaints
Our Refund Policy explains when a refund may be considered and how long approved refunds take to process. For service or payment concerns, follow our public Complaints Policy.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law or another person's rights have been breached, or where this is necessary to protect the service, users or payment systems.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VoiceStockAI is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular processing result. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Subject to applicable law, courts with competent jurisdiction in Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service.
