Clear and fair billing

If a technical fault prevents the paid service from being delivered, contact support with your account email and transaction details. Refund eligibility depends on usage, the reason for the request and applicable consumer law. Subscription charges already substantially used are generally non-refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider.
